This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.482 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that upon completion of investigation, the first respondent Police filed charge sheet, which was also taken on file by the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate.

3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 26.03.2024 NCC :
