This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16800 of 2023 dated 19.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and also submitted that the investigation is going on.

5.
