This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned notice in Na.Ka.No.E4/31/2023 dated 15.09.2023 passed by the third respondent, wherein the petitioner's factory was temporarily sealed.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, it is informed that on 20.09.2024 itself, the suspension order has been revoked and license has been granted to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
