Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.NAVANEETHARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17537 of 2023 on 29.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels and nature and gravity of the offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.
