This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records of the impugned First Information Report No.19 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police, Madurai and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.900 of 2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised.
