The petitioner had earlier filed a revision before the District Revenue Officer. Such revision was disposed of by an order dated 12.03.2013 remanding the matter to the Revenue Divisional Officer. By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the remanded proceedings before the Revenue Divisional Officer.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He points out that the relevant documents may not be available with the Revenue Divisional Officer.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner responds by stating that all the relevant documents have been enclosed in the typed set.

4. Given the limited nature of the relief claimed, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Revenue Divisional Officer to consider 2/4

and dispose of the remanded proceedings on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the counter parties to such proceedings.
