ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to sanction and disburse the family pension with arrears along with interest based on the representation made by petitioner on 03.09.2025.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner had made a representation seeking for family pension along with arrears with interest which had arisen out of the death of her husband, who has retired from service of the respondent on 30.06.2012 by representation dated 03.09.2025, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider 2/4

the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2025 within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
