Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of RAMASAMY S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD). No.16967 of 2023, dated 20.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition already imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16967 of 2023, dated 20.09.2023 is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on receipt of summon.
