ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere with civil dispute existing between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, who is his wife.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent, an FIR has been registered by the second respondent. He would further submit that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are not interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
