O RDER This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.70 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent insofar as the petitioner's concern. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and during the corona period, he made a stage tharna and thereby, the first respondent police registered a criminal case against the petitioner during the Corona period. Hence, this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent police to complete the investigation within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, would submit that the enquiry will be completed and appropriate orders will be passed within a short time.

4.In view of the above, the first respondent police is directed to conclude the investigation in Crime No.70 of 2021, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after 2/4

providing an opportunity to the petitioner. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
