This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.5842 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025.

2. Since the respondent has now filed the final report, which is taken on file in C.C.No.784 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue the contempt petition.
