RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Honble Court in Crl MP(MD) No.9358/2022 dt.12.08.2022 in Crl OP(MD) No.11768/2022 dt.06.07.2022 in Crime No.06 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHUMALAIRAJA.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9358 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11768 of 2022, dated 12.08.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9358 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11768 of 2022, dated 12.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.16086 of 2022 petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am, starts from 01.02.2023 for a period of two months.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
