RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18276/2022 dated 14.10.2022 in Crime No.318 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.
Order : This petitioJn coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BHARATHI KANNAN.KR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18276 of 2022, dated 14.10.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18276 of 2022, dated 14.10.2022 is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on all Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
