2.Heard both side. This is the second petition for extension of time.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court as ordered by this Court on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of concerned District Legal Services Authority.
