ORDER

The petitioner seeks for transfer of investigation in Crime No.597 of 2025 on the file of the third respondent to the file of the fourth respondent.

2. This Court by order dated 11.09.2025 observed that the case required the transfer of investigation and directed the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Tallakulam, to conduct the investigation under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (North), Madurai City and to file a status report before this Court.

3. The Assistant Commissioner of Police has filed a status report giving the details of the investigation conducted so far.

4. Since the investigation has been conducted effectively by the Assistant Commissioner of Police so far, this Court finds no reason to keep the case pending. The Assistant Commissioner of Police shall 2/4

conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
