2. The petitioner is the husband of the detenue. The detenue has been missing since 18.08.2024. Since she was not traced, this habeas corpus petition came to be filed.

3. The detenue appeared before us. She made it clear that she has left the matrimonial home on her own accord. She has made certain allegations against the petitioner. We are of the view that this is not a case of illegal detention. The habeas corpus petition is dismissed. (G.R.S., J.)
