ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12840 of 2023, dated 18.07.2023. by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation was completed and the closure report was filed on 01.01.2024 before the concerned Court as 'mistake of fact'. The RCS Notice was also served on the petitioner.
