PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.254 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused herein, who were arrested on 14.08.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 448, 506(ii), 436 and 379 IPC, Sections 3(1) and 4 of TNPPDL Act, 1992 and Section 3 of Explosives Substances Act, 1908, in Crime 1/3

No.254 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to the previous motive, the accused persons unlawfully assembled with deadly weapons, went to the defacto complainant's house, damaged his house hold articles and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they were falsely implicated in this case and they never committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the earlier applications filed by the petitioners, seeking bail, were dismissed by this Court, considering the grievous nature of the offences.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the earlier bail applications of the petitioners were dismissed, I find no change of circumstances in this case.
