This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C. No. 27 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukottai District and quash the same as so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this case in C.C. No. 27 of 2023 was disposed of by the trial Court and acquitted the petitioner vide order dated 19.09.2025.
