Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, to direct the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Special Court for PCR Act Cases), Trichy to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender in Crime No.204 of 2024 on the file of the Second Respondent Police. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Muthumani, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: "This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for PCR Act Cases, Trichy, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17058 of 2024. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
