ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed, directing the respondents to take appropriate legal action against the respondents 5 and 6 and their henchmen for their unlawful activities and not allowing the Alangulam Special Grade Town Panchayat for its proper functioning as per the Tamilnadu Urban Local Body Rules, 2023 and connected circulars issued by the 2nd respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2024.
2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 drew my attention to para no. 8 of the affidavit in which, certain allegations against one learned Government Advocate who appeared for the fifth respondent in W.P.(MD)No. 23970 of 2024 has been raised and insisted that the same is unwarranted. He further clarified before this Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition, while uploading the order, by means of typographical error, the name of the third respondent District Collector was removed and automatically sixth respondent's name was printed in the rank of the fifth respondent. However, the name of the said learned Government Advocate was shown only for having appeared on behalf of the District Collector and the Executive Officer, Alangulam Special Grade Town Panchayat.
4.I carefully perused the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2024. The representation do not site anything with respect to the aforesaid learned Government Advocate. This Court hereby direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2024, after putting the respondents 5 and 6 on notice and giving an opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3/5
