ORDER

This Petition is filed challenging the the order passed by the 4th respondent dated 16.05.2024 and consequential direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service as Fertilizer Salesman in 4th respondent.

2. I have heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material available on record.

3. The petitioner had been placed under suspension on 16.05.2024 and thereafter, a charge memo has been issued to him only on 12.06.2025. The Government had issued an order in G.O.(Ms.)No.81 Human Resources (M) Department, dated 04.08.2022, wherein, there should be a periodical review after a particular period. In the present case, there has been no review as per the said G.O. Hence, there shall be 2/4

a direction to the third respondent to review the order of suspension in the light of the aforesaid Government Order and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if the petitioner is entitled for reinstatement, she shall be reinstated in a non-sensitive post.
