Mr.T.Amjadkhan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The present writ petition has been filed by a temporary Ambulance Driver working in the third respondent Primary Health Centre seeking a mandamus to continue to engage him based upon his representation dated 31.08.2024 and to regularize his job.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the request of the petitioner for re-engagement has been rejected by way of proceedings dated 01.08.2024. In such circumstances, the question of issuing mandamus does not arise. 2/4

4.In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 01.08.2024, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
