The instant writ petition has been filed by a Senior Assistant Surgeon working in the Government Hospital, Thiruvidaimaruthur seeking a Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider his representation, dated 14.09.2024 and relieve the petitioner.

According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, pending writ petition, the petitioner has been relieved from Thiruvidaimaruthur by way of orders passed by the Medical Officer, Government Hospital, Thiruvidaimaruthur on 29.11.2024. Since the prayer of the writ petitioner has been acceded to, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. 2/4
