ORDER
By relying on sale deeds dated 13.09.2007 and 03.08.1994 and patta Nos. 271 and 272, the petitioner applied for survey on 13.04.2023 and has approached this Court because the request was not acted upon. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fourth and fifth respondents have been resisting the conduct of a survey in spite of the petitioner submitting all necessary documents to establish title to the relevant property. He states that they are the owners of the adjacent lands. 3.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. He submits that an inquiry would be conducted in relation to the petitioner's request after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein.

4.In view of the above submissions of learned Government Advocate, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this writ petition. 5.Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's application for survey after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth and fifth respondents herein. The entire exercise shall be completed within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
