This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent and his personnel, not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry in a business dispute

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent enquiry is pending in CSR No.477 of 2024 and the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry in CSR No.473 of 2024 is pending before the respondent police. Both the petitioner and the counter party may be directed to appear before the respondent and co-operate with the enquiry.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that both the petitioner as well as the counter party will appear before the respondent police for enquiry on 28.11.2024.
