The petitioners seek quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 447 of 2023 dated 05.11.2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and the same is yet to be taken on file.
