2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents no.1 to 4 would submit that based on the complaint given by the 5th respondent / defacto complainant, they conducted an enquiry and the complaint was closed on 02.02.2025.
