No. A14 On the West Plot.No. C2 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2025 and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 to effect such rectification in the books of registration before the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar Office. ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to rectify the four boundaries that were mistakenly mentioned in the original sale deed dated 12.08.2009 in respect of House Plot No.C1, which was originally allotted to Karuppaiah, S/o Alagappan.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents are willing to execute the rectification deed in favour of the original allottee, namely, Karuppaiah, S/o Alagappan.

2. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
