Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to forbear the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's practice as Acupuncture System at Door No.31, Chidambaram Street, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2025. Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants to practice acupuncture system at the petition mentioned premises. He has given a representation dated 22.08.2025 in this regard. Before the authority could consider the representation, this writ petition has been filed. 3.The respondents have filed a detailed counter affidavit. The Joint Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, Virudhunagar is the authority competent to consider the writ petitioner's representation. Even 2/6

though he has not been made as a party, the said authority is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation by passing a speaking order. This shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
