ORDER

The petitioners herein are arrayed as A3 & A4 in P.R.C.No.10 of 2013. The said case was registered by the second respondent Police based on the complaint given by the third respondent, who is the de facto complainant and after investigation, the first respondent had filed a charge sheet. The petitioners herein filed this petition to quash the entire proceedings in P.R.C.No.10 of 2013 as illegal.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that as of now, the above said P.R.C.No.10 of 2013 was committed to the Court of Sessions and it is pending as S.C.No.52 of 2015 and after examination of the witnesses, now the case was posted on 16.02.2018 for judgment. 3.The submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Çrl.side) is recorded. Thereby, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
