2. The petitioner is a senior citizen. He has moved the Maintenance Tribunal. He seeks disposal of the petition mentioned application.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to pass final order on the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
