ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners from the respondents 3 and 4 based on the representation dated 28.04.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that an enquiry on the petitioners' complaint is being conducted and if cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police would register an FIR.

3.In any case, the respondent police would communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioners within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
