PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in CRL.M.P.(MD)No.8468 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 9939 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.M.P.(MD)No.8468 of 2025 in CRL.OP.(MD)No.9939 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for eight weeks.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for eight weeks, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.M.P.(MD)No.8468 of 2/4

2025 in CRL.OP(MD)No.9939 of 2025 on 04.07.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.M.P.(MD)No.8468 of 2025 in CRL.OP.(MD)No.9939 of 2025 on 04.07.2025 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on every 1st day of English Calender Month at about 10.30a.m., until further orders.
