Heard Mr. S.Poornachandran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. P.Subbaraj Learned Special Government Pleader for the First to Fifth Respondents and Mr. R.Rajmohan, Learned Counsel for the Sixth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to grant permission to conduct Mandala Pooja and Annadhanam on 27.12.2022 and Irumudi Kattu on 05.01.2023 based on the Petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2022.

It is agreed by the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the Sixth Respondent to conduct the 'Annathanam' in the name of the Temple without 2/4

disclosing the name of either the Petitioner or the Sixth Respondent as donor and they have also made endorsements to that effect in the court record. It is made clear that the arrangement for the 'Annathanam' shall be made by the concerned authorities with Police assistance in accordance with law. 4.
