Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for modification of the condition No. 6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14689 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are unable to appear before the respondent Police Station. Hence, he prays for modification of the above-mentioned condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioners and considering the nature of offence, the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.14689 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025, is modified as follows:- ''6(b).the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Gantharvakottai, Pudukottai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders;"
