Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner's request for grant of patta was negatived by the fourth respondent. Copy of the same has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner can very well move the second respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that revision petition will be filed before the second respondent within a period of thirty days. If such a revision petition is filed, the second respondent 2/4
shall dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
