ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.IOCL had granted dealership in favour of a partnership firm known as Ramachandran Petrol Bunk. One of the partners namely, Ramachandran who held 51% shares passed away. The petitioner is having 49% share. The petitioner seeks re-constitution of the firm. According to the petitioner, he had given an application before the second respondent and he wants the same to be accepted. The learned standing counsel submitted that there are rival claimants and the deceased did not have any issue. I do not want to go into the merits of the matter.

3.I direct the second respondent to consider the writ petitioner's application and pass an appropriate order on merits on it. Such a decision will be taken by the second respondent after issuing notice to all 2/4

the interested persons. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 18.09.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias 3/4
