2.The petitioner has given a representation to the respondents seeking to rectify the petition mentioned land classified as residential. 2/5

3.The case of the petitioner is that it is actually an agricultural land. In view of the aforesaid classification in the guideline value register, the petitioner had been called upon to pay a huge stamp duty. For this reason, the petitioner seeks re-classification of the land. The petitioner gave a representation, dated 19.11.2022.

4.In this regard, the first respondent is directed to refer the petitioner's application to the concerned committee and the committee will go into the petitioner's request and take a call. This entire exercise shall be completed within a period of five months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said committee will take into account the revenue records also. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
