ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.It appears that the petitioner is having matrimonial issues with his wife. The petitioner alleges that as a result, he has been excommunicated and he is prevented from engaging his fishing activities. That led to filing of this writ petition.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions from the jurisdictional Tahsildar submitted that the petitioner has not been excommunicated and that nobody is preventing the petitioner from going to sea for fishing.

4. If the petitioner is prevented physically by any person, it is always open to the petitioner to move this Court again with the relevant materials.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
