To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD). No. 10092 of 2025 dt. 30.06.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Honourable I Additional Special Court for Trial of NDPS Act court, Madurai on weekly once.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD). No. 10092 of 2025 dt. 30.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD). No. 10092 of 2025 dt. 30.06.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month ie., on 1st working day of every English Calander month at 10.30 2/4

a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
