ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned plots.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader states that the petition mentioned plots are not actually existing on ground. If that be so, the second respondent shall communicate his decision to the writ petitioner accordingly. This shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
