ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The relief sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition mentioned documents that were executed in the years 2004 and 2005. The petitioner cannot take advantage of subsequently issued circulars and amendments for the reasons set out vide order dated 02.01.2023 in W.P(MD)No.6947 of 2019. If the petitioner's civil rights have been affected by the petition mentioned documents, the petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for relief. Granting him liberty to move the jurisdictional civil Court, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
