This petition has been filed praying to transfer the investigation in Crime No.109 of 2013 from the file of the second respondent to anyone of the competent authority under the supervision of the 1st respondent to conduct a proper investigation and file a final report within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
