When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the relief sought in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that in the appeal filed by the petitioner against the original orders, the appellate authority has granted waiver of deposit of the amount and also granted stay of operation and therefore, the impugned recovery proceedings have superfluous.

2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
