PRAYER in WP(MD).28591/2022: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct stone quarrying operation on the lease hold land bearing S.No.144/1 measuring an extent of 2.06.5 hectare in Mukkodal Village, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, for a period of 3 years 9 months and 15 days which is the nonoperative period at the instance of the first respondent on the basis of the environmental clearance already obtained by the petitioner dated 10.02.2020 and consequently, directing the second respondent to issue transport permit to the petitioner for the said period.

PRAYER in WP(MD).28592/2022: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct stone quarrying operation in the petitioner's patta land in S.F.Nos.434/4C, 4E, 4F, 4G, 4H, 4I, 4J, 470/1, 471/2, 471/3, 472/1B & 1C over an extent of 3.74.5 hectares in A.P.Nadanoor Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District, for a period of 9 months 19 days 292 days (non operative period) without insisting the 2/4

petitioner to get fresh environmental clearance for the said non operative period and consequently direct the second respondent to issue transport permit to the petitioner for the said period.
