This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in M.C.No.419 of 2011, dated 07.08.2011, on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2. The petitioner herein is the 12th respondent/B-party in M.C.No.419 of 2011, on the file of the Sub Division Magistrate Cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli District. He filed this application to quash the above said M.C. as illegal. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the proceedings initiated by the first respondent in the above M.C. was closed on 17.02.2018 as Action Dropped.
