ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry has been undertaken by the second respondent herein. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared before the second respondent police and at that time, an agreement has been made between the parties, by which, the petitioner agreed to pay the damaged amount to the third respondent herein.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the agreement document is not true one and he disputes the signature.

4. Considering the facts and the circumstances of this case, this Court directs the second respondent police to conduct an enquiry based upon the complaint given by the third respondent herein and to conclude the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
