This application is filed to direct the second respondent to include the third respondent name in Column No.7 of FIR in Cr.No.183 of 2013 as per the contents of Column No.12 of FIR in Cr.No.183 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that a charge sheet has been filed and it was not taken on file.

4. In the above circumstances, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi to take the final report on file and number the charge sheet.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
