Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner seeks renewal of the petition mentioned passport. It is seen that the petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.132 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam. It is for the petitioner to move the learned trial Magistrate and obtain relief. As and when the petitioner files any miscellaneous petition, the same shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks thereafter. 3.With this liberty to the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional trial Magistrate, this writ petition is disposed of.
